For all the projects, collaborations, we strive to create awareness for social inclusion to avoid stigmatization of marginalized individuals in communities. These cross cutting issues are ;
- HIV/AIDs. We make people living with this disease feel comfortable, respected, involved and treated equally.
- Environment. Here we mainstream environment issues into projects goals,eg. UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to promote climate change resilience.
- LGBTQI+. In our project design and implementation , we promote diversity, ensuring non-discrimination as a fundamental human right hence incorporating LGBTQI+ perspectives in project implementation. Being a sensitive issue, addressing it with respect, empathy and fostering awareness is key.
